Joshua Falken is a named editorial voice at Vitality, not a member of staff. He signs the measurement side of this blog — attribution, what a number actually counts, reporting, and how AI systems decide which practice to name — so a reader can tell at a glance whether a piece is about the machinery or about the practice.
We use a named voice rather than a generic house byline because a consistent voice across a body of work is more useful to a reader than a rotating cast. Every piece under this byline is researched against real client accounts and reviewed by Joe Garraffo before it publishes. The judgment in it is the firm’s.
What that name is not: a licensed clinician, a credentialed consultant, or a person you can book. Anything on this site that requires a human — a growth audit, a compliance question, a call about your account — reaches Joe or the team directly.
