Where you actually are right now Short answers. We are reading for shape, not for a perfect résumé — “none yet” is a real answer on any of these.
The question we really want answered Tell us about a time you encountered a problem that technically was not your job to solve — and solved it anyway. What you noticed, what you did, what tools you used, and what happened. Forget the generic cover letter; this tells us more than another paragraph about being a results-oriented team player.
The platforms and the tooling — honest answers only Nothing in this section disqualifies anyone, and the posting means it: you do not have to be an expert in all of these, almost nobody is. We are reading for appetite. “Not yet” is a perfectly good answer.
Which of these have you personally used? Check any that apply.

Something else?
Where are you honestly with the AI side of that list? I have not really used them yet I have played around with them I use them for real work most weeks I have built things with them — prompts, agents, automations, workflows
A real part of this job is building systems so the repetitive work stops being manual. How does that land? Honestly excited — it is part of why I am applying Curious — I want to see how far it goes A little out of my depth, but genuinely willing to learn I would rather keep the tools to a minimum
Give us one example of something repetitive you automated or significantly improved. What were you doing by hand, what did you build or change, and what did it save? A script, a Zap, an n8n flow, a formula, a template, a reporting process, a naming convention that stopped a recurring mistake. Nothing is too small, and it does not have to involve AI.
