From Hair Restoration Roots to Vitality Medical Marketing Group
The story of Vitality Medical Marketing Group (VMMG) began with deep roots in both marketing and the hair industry. Before launching Hair Loss Marketing (HLM) in 2016, our team gained invaluable experience through our work at Efferent Media, a sibling agency that collaborated with global brands such as Unilever’s SheaMoisture and Nubian Heritage, along with other well-known hair care brands like Nyakio and Sky Organics.
This early experience gave us unique insight into how consumers research, evaluate, and connect with hair and beauty solutions. It also helped us recognize the opportunity for more specialized marketing strategies for medical practices serving patients experiencing hair loss.
In 2016, we launched Hair Loss Marketing (HLM) with a singular focus: to help boutique and concierge hair restoration practices thrive. What started as a specialized offering grew rapidly, as more than 50 practices nationwide partnered with us to strengthen their lead generation, nurture systems, and patient acquisition strategies.
Today, HLM operates under the name Vitality Medical Marketing Group, reflecting how our expertise has expanded. While hair restoration remains our foundation and specialty, we now partner with a wide range of aesthetic providers, including plastic surgery practices offering breast augmentation, tummy tucks, mommy makeovers, rhinoplasty, and more.
